How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Salwartimes Garage Doors deserve fair and honest treatment. If you did not get that, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can reach out about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Salwartimes Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@salwartimes.space and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
